Dr. Jennie and her staff are the best! Collin had to have his baby tooth "wiggled" out since it was not loose and his permanent tooth had erupted. They did a great job in making him and me feel comfortable during all aspects of the procedure. I love the care that they provide to Collin and how they make sure that they are explaining things to him (on a six year old level) each step of the way.

We love Dr. Jackson. She and her staff are so patient with my child who has autism. They let him know exactly what to expect and create a very non-threatening, calm atmosphere.
Dr. Jackson and all of her staff were incredibly supportive, informative, calming and caring during a surprise dental emergency. My son felt calm, did not complain of any pain during or after his procedure and received excellent care.

Dr. Jackson's office is the best. Everyone there is professional, We are never rushed and the staff ar great with the kids. They made my child comfortable and relaxed.
My 11 yr. old son had a cavity filled (1st & hopefully last) and a tooth to be pulled. He was very anxious for days leading up to the visit. Dr. Jackson and her staff treated him (and myself) so well; explaining everything in a calm manner and keeping my son at ease. Dr. Jackson even called the following day to make sure John was doing fine. Who would think going to the dentist could be such a good experience?
Had an appointment yesterday. As always, Dr. Jenny and her staff were so kind and gentle. I love them!
