My daughter is almost 6 years old and has been seeing Dr. Jackson every 6 months since she was a toddler. The office is a fun place to visit. The staff are always friendly. Dr. Jackson's bedside manner is wonderful. She cheerfully explains everything she does at the child's level. At home my daughter pretends to be Dr. Jackson and she always looks forward to her check-ups.

I took my three young children into Dr. Jackson's office was greeted with smiles and caring service from start to finish. They spent quality time with each of my children and were very patient with them. We can't wait to come back again, especially to see all the animals on the trees and walls!!
My child previously had a negative dental experience at another office. Dr. Jackson has made her feel so comfortable that she actually enjoys going to the dentist! She is so gentle and kind. I wish she could be my dentist!

My kids now love going to the dentist. The office staff are always so nice and professional. I would recommend Asheville Pediatric Dentistry to anyone who wants there children to have a positive experience each and every time they go to the dentist!
Would have given 5 stars if have not had to pay total up front and have insurance billed after the fact... Treatment( s) are far too expensive to expect payment up front.
During a harried working mom's morning, Dr. Jackson and staff were gracious and accommodating! Also, my daughter who hates going to the dentist did so well in their care and actually enjoyed her time there! Thank you!
My children know their dentist and are not afraid to go. Professional staff, wonderful dentist, and a lovely waiting room.
