Took my 5 yr old son via referral from our family dentist to see Dr. Jackson. The entire process was wonderful. We received forms and a brochure in the mail and I was able to show him a photo of Dr. Jackson. The day before the appointment which was only for a consultation and treatment plan discussion, my son told me he had an appt with the "pretty girl" dentist the next day :) We arrived and were checked in early. Dr Jackson was awesome with my daughter. She told Aimee exactly what she would be doing and let Aimee look at the tools she would using. She did exactly what she told my daughter. One thing she did, she told Aimee she would count to 5 and then take a break. She stuck with what she had told Aimee. She cares for the children like she would her own!! I am very grateful I was sent to her!!!
Both of my girls are very comfortable in the office. A 180 from our previous dentist!!
Logan did well. He didn't have any extra pain that tylenol couldn't fix just like Dr. Jackson said. Very happy momma for that!
My 4-year-old has had great experiences with cleanings/fillings/resin - with nitrous and without. When she had her first visit about 18 mos ago, she could be pretty uncooperative and strong willed in those kinds of situations, but the whole staff is just great and made it happen. It is such a relief to trust the Dr. and staff and have a kid who actually looks forward to trips to the dentist.
Excellent staff and service. Dr Jackson's service is impeccable. Prices are on the high side, but well worth it - as my children love going to the dentist!
