Always a great experience! Dr. Jackson and her team do an amazing job at making us feel welcome and comfortable! They make the treatment a painless and calm experience for my children. We have never had any complications and there is always minimal discomfort afterwards. Aside from the treatment, I love that they know who we are. Even if I call to check something over the phone, the staff knows and remembers us. We really do feel at home in their office and appreciate all they do in taking care of our childrens dental needs.

Both of my girls feel comfortable in your office (HUGE) and they have both visited the treatment room not just the check-up chair! As a parent, I would have felt a bit more comfortable yesterday after Emelia had two extractions if Dr. Jackson would have stepped out to say "Everything went well. She did great" or more detailed "one tooth was stubborn but we "wiggled" it out." Much like a surgeon reports to the family, I would have felt more comfortable with such. Great experience. Dr Jenny and her staff always work hard to make sure children and their parents are comfortable and have a positive dental impression. Very impressed about PlayLodge pass incentive to compensate for the extended wait time while Dr was dealing with an emergency care situation. In over two years this was the only time we have had a long wait and we were well informed about why.
Thank you so much for quickly taking care of my daughter's abscessed tooth. She is feeling so much better now.
