We had a wonderful experience. My three-year-old was a little freaked out at first, but everyone worked with her & let her get comfortable. Once they started, she did fine, and I was really impressed with how both the hygenist Mandy & Dr. Sanzone talked with her. A great practice.
Staff is very pleasant and efficient. My son enjoyed his visit. I am thankful that he has no fear of going to the dentist.
The first-time appt for my 3.5 yr old was a lot more fun than this one for my nearly-2 yr old. The hygienist made a real effort for my older child and she really responded. There was much less effort made to engage with my younger, which made me feel a bit sorry. But it was a benign experience all around and I appreciate Dr. Jackson's caring attention, knowledge and demeanor.
Always such a great experience for my children. They always love coming to the dentist! Dr. Jackson and her staff are always so pleasant to deal with.
Very great first experience for my 2 year old daughter! She did not want to sit down on the dentist lounger so the dentils had me hold her while she did the exam. The Dr. Was very kind, friendly, upbeat and patient. Thank you for making this easy! Oh and the waiting room is great!
Very friendly staff & they did great with my 14-month old son on his visit to the dentist! The exam was wonderful and they gave great advice to me for how to care for traumatic orofacial injuries and his day-to-day care.
I was overwhelmed by the transformation in my 6 yr old daughter during our last appointment. She used to scream and cry with terrible anxiety when we first came to Dr Jenny. Now, it is a happy, calm and successful visit all due to Dr Jenny and her staff's tireless care and concern for her comfort and well being. I am just giddy with gratitude to everyone at Asheville Pediatric Dentistry.
Always have a wonderful experience. You guys are so caring and show so much love and concern for my son so he will always have a great experience which means the world to me. LOVE you guys to pieces. And thank you Dr. Jackson for calling and checking on Gabriel even though you had a long day in surgery.
