My daughter had a great experience to the point that she keeps asking if she can go back tomorrow!
Our experience was wonderful! My son needed some cavities filled and I was nervous about how he would handle things. Dr. Jackson and her staff did an amazing job of comforting and talking to my son throughout the whole procedure, so he knew exactly what they were doing. He has one more cavity to fill and he has already told me that he is fine with that, now that he knows what to expect.
The staff was warm, welcoming and so patient with my son. I work with a hospital system and the experience this staff provided is the excellence we try to achieve on a daily basis. Thank you for all that you offer!
Thank you Asheville Pediatric Dentistry - first of all for being open on days that most dentists are closed! and second of all - for seeing my child within an hour of cracking her tooth on yes....drum roll pelase...Halloween candy! and third....for keeping her comfortable without any pain during the extraction. You ladies are fantastic!

First class pediatric dentistry. Dr. Jackson is an outstanding professional and the staff there is superb--friendly, forthcoming and very knowledgeable. The way they interact with kids throughout the entire visit is quite remarkable. Watching my wildly 3-year old boy sitting still, and completely at ease, on the dentist chair, as he received his treatment, was a sight to behold! We no longer live in the Asheville area but we will gladly drive 80 plus miles to take our children to APD. We are extremely pleased with them.
My experience with Dr. Jackson is consistently great. Yesterday, she was running a little behind. This is very unusual. We had been waiting about 15 or 20 minutes past appointment time when a staff came out to offer my daughter a gift card for a treat after her appointment because she had to wait. Then Dr. Jackson acknowledged and apologized herself for our wait. It is the little touches like this that make this office so wonderful!!
