My son had a wonderful appointment. All of the staff were dressed up in character from the Polar Express. It was truly a holiday event.
Excellent experience with courteous and thoughtful staff. My daughter had a great first time visit.
We had an accident where I needed to call after hours and Dr. Jackson called me back and was very caring over the phone and deemed it OK to wait until the following day for an evaluation. She had her staff call me early the next morning and I was seen shortly after the phone call. The staff treated my daughter wonderfully, as usual.
Asheville Pediatric Dentistry is warm, welcoming and friendly. The staff engage you the minute you walk in with a smile, and the dentists and assistants are patient and sweet to the kids. I believe my children are receiving top quality care here, and they love going!!
The Asheville Pediatric Dentistry team was great with my son. My son chipped a tooth on a Sunday night and I was able to have him seen by Dr Jackson on Monday morning. Dr Jackson explained the examination process, possible concerns, and treatment options with detail and to my satisfaction.
Absolutely wonderful experience all around as always. Love the office, staff, and dentists! Kind, caring, and so patient. My 2 year old had a cleaning and cried for me the whole time (I have him spoiled). The hygienist was so patient with him that once he was able to sit up and get his prize he immediately began to smile.
I have been incredibly impressed with the quality of care my child has received and the leveling of caring demonstrated by the staff. Gentle and fun experience for a 3 year-old and lots of support and education for her parents. Thank you for all that you do!
Great 1st time experience!
Dr. Sanzone (by far) has the best rapport with little boys that I've ever seen. My son was deathly afraid of dentists. When I tell him he's going to see Dr. Sanzone, he simply says: Cool - I like her. He listens to her and doesn't try to anticipate what's going to happen in the chair. He simply lets her do her thing. For a 7 year old - it's a huge thing. I'm so happy we've found her.
