Our daughter (4 years old) loved her experience at Asheville Pediatric Dentistry. The staff was wonderful and very accommodating. They explained everything as they went to our daughter and she really liked both her Hygienist and Dentist. She thought it was so cool to get to wear sunglasses and watch the T.V. on the ceiling. Haley is always treated wonderfully by the entire staff. Dr. Jackson is a great dentist who cares about her patients.
Over the past few months, we have had numerous appointments for my two children, one of whom has special needs. Dr. Jackson is extremely patient, not only with anxious children, but their parents as well. Most of the staff is equally patient and understanding, and Dr. Jackson welcomes feedback on how to serve our children better. Recently our child with special needs had a cavity and required complete sedation to complete the procedure. My children are 6 & 10 and have been coming to Asheville Pediatric Dentistry for several years. They are always treated well and Dr. Jackson makes them a part of everything she is doing. I would not take my children anywhere else!
Dr. Jackson is so kind and always puts my son at ease. She always explains all procedures to me and treats us both with respect. She is the perfect example of grace and compassion. The office and clinical staff is outstanding. My son actually looks forward to going to the dentist office. They have lots of different types of frogs decorating their office and he loves it!!!! Thank you to Lisa and Dr. Sanzone for taking great care of my 4 yr old! He needed two fillings, which meant 1 hour of laying still while someone works on your mouth. The staff made sure he was comfortable with each step of the procedure. Not only did this calm my child but also helped me as well. The staff also addressed all of my concerns regarding care for my son after the procedure. Dr. Sanzone followed up that evening with a phone call. I truly appreciate the quality of care we received!

Dr. Jackson was very knowledgable and explained my sons treatment thoroughly. My three year old son was very comfortable in her care and was well treated by all office staff from the front office, to the assistants. I would highly recommend Asheville Pediatric Dentistry to anyone who was looking for a pediatric dentist. Wonderful experience from the time we arrived, until the time we left. Thank You!
