The office is very welcoming and child friendly. Immediately my son was at ease in the office. They were very understanding and explained everything that was taking place to son in terms he could understand. Dr. Jackson is one of the kindest people I have ever met. My son is a special needs child and She went out of her way to put my mind at ease and take excellent care of him. I was EXTREMELY impressed!
Doctor Jackson took great care of my daughter who needed a lot of work done. We opted to do it all at once via dental surgery. My daughter is feeling great and now has healthy teeth!
I love everyone there!!! For a child to want to hang out at the dentist office with the ladies is just amazing!!! Love APD
We are always treated with respect. My child is taken care of and listened too concerning fears and preferences. We had a very bad experience with a different Dr. here in Asheville, when someone recommended this practice to us. We have been impressed from the first visit, and will not go anywhere else. ( I just wish she saw adults too.) HaHa. Thank you guys. Keep up the good work.
Dr Jackson and her staff were fabulous from the front staff checking in to the Hygienist that worked with my son to the lady at checkout. What a Great office and team. I was worried about my son being as he is scared of strangers and his doctor but Dr Jackson and the hygienist did a great job with him and he did not even cry. I wish I could take him to them every night and have them brush his teeth because he pitches a fit when I do it. Lol. Thanks for a making my 21 month old son have a good first dental visit. Excellent as aways
Everyone is so patient it is amazing.
Dr. Jackson and her staff are always very friendly and go out of their way to help us and I've seen them do the same with other patients. They are great with kids! One occasion that has always stuck with me was seeing Dr. Jackson come out into the waiting room to help an autistic child that was not comfortable going back into the patient area. She was so sweet and kind! Highly recommend!
