The staff and Dr. Jackson were very patient to an incredibly anxious child.
I just love Asheville Pediatric Dentistry! The staff are so great with my children and my kids are excited to go see Dr. Jackson so he can count their teeth:)

Excellent care! Obviously they love children and try to provide the best environment to foster good dental perceptions. They are very patient and explain every little thing they do with the child. The only thing that made my daughter cry was having to be held down to see her teeth- but no one year old would enjoy that! :-)
I really appreciated Dr. Jackson's focus on my son's comfort and use of good communication. I also appreciated her knowledge and use of re-mineralization and conservative approach regarding filling cavities. Being used to small practices and more one on one time with a dentist, I didn't appreciate the large office, large amount of staff and less time with the dentist. Very informative about how the treatment plan options are carried out, and why they recommend certain care options. The staff is caring and positive.
I am so impressed with the quality of care that my daughter recieves at your office! Blessed more than you will ever know...that (you) Dr.Jackson are such a kind & loving person and that you genuinely care about the health and well being of your patients! Dr Jackson is such a wonderful, caring person. She is gentle and explains everything that she is going to do. Her staff is excellent. The wait time is always very minimal which is great! My son had an accident and they were quick to work us in and take great care of him.
All of the staff are excellent and wonderful with the kids !! They make it a fun experience, so fun that the kids can't wait to come back !! Dr. Jackson always recommends what she feels is necessary to prevent future problems. Amazing place !!
