We have had nothing but good experiences with Asheville Pediatric Dentistry. From the helpful and extremely friendly front desk staff to the trained dental hygienists to Dr Jackson - everyone is welcoming, great with kids, and patient. The office is efficient and well-run. Dr Jackson is very patient, encouraging, and good with children. Today my son had his first appointment with Asheville Pediatric Dentistry. It was an overall wonderful experience. From the front desk receptionist to the dental assistant and to the dentist everything was perfect. Everyone was so friendly and made him as comfortable as possible. I was very pleased with our whole experience.
We love Dr. Jackson and her awesome staff. They work well with our son and provide the very best care.
To say this practice is "kid-friendly" just doesn't do it justice. Dr. Jackson and her team embrace kids and their particular world view, rather than forcing the kid to adjust. Every procedure is explained and practiced in a way that meets the child's emotional needs just as much as his or her dental needs. The result? Kids who are motivated to care for their teeth and who look forward to visiting the dentist.
There are not enough stars available to rate our experience. Our adoptive daughter has been terrified of the dentist, doctor, etc. Everything frightens her. We've been through two other dentist in six months and some visits even involved holding her down while she kicked, screamed, and cried. The staff at Asheville Pediatric was beyond amazing, communicating with her on a level she could understand and at a pace that made her feel safe. They were so wonderful and we are so so grateful. We had a very pleasant experience today with Carson, although I wasn't there my mom brought him in and said everyone was wonderful. I was very nervous by not being there because Carson usually doesn't handle pain very well. He did awesome and no doubt it was because of the sweet staff and dr. Jackson. Then the follow up call from Dr. Jackson just made it better. Thanks to all of you!!!!
Every experience is so positive and encouraging. My daughter loves the office decorations and toys and all the fun rain forest animals dangling throughout the space. Fun place to get teeth cleaned (or cavities filled).
Absolutely spectacular office. Great experience from start to finish. My 3 year old daughter is always excited to go back. Dr. Jackson is so kind and gentle with the kids. Would highly recommend this office!
I loved that by bringing my son to Asheville Pediatric Dentistry, my son loves the dentist. He's always excited about his appointment. I love that the staff here really takes their time and making sure the children are comfortable. And I also really appreciate that Dr. Jackson makes it seem like she remembers you and your childs' name. The customer service and overall experience has always been great.
