As always Dr. Jackson's office was welcoming and calming to my children. The staff are knowledgeable and gentle. Dr Jackson is always friendly and approachable, she is knowledgeable and shows genuine concern for the children and families.
The whole experience was far beyond more than I ever thought possible. Olivia was in for first time consult and worked in same day for procedure that needed to be taken care of before braces. The special care made us feel like we were the only patient in the office and the most personal care was given. My daughter left comfortable and had no fears. Thank you all for your hard work and kindness!!
Went in as a very nervous mother. My son had two teeth removed by an oral surgeon at 8 am on Friday morning. The following Tuesday morning he was still complaining of pain and very uncomfortable. We called and a very soothing voice told me to bring him in. Dr Jackson and her entire staff are very caring and patient. She found that one side was an angry red and had food stuck in the gum. My three old son injured his tongue. I called right after it happened and they told me to come right in. We arrived and they took us right back. His injury required stitches. It took awhile but the staff was so helpful and nice in helping him. After it was done, he got a rocket ship toy and they gave one to his twin brother for waiting patiently in the waiting room. We have being going to Dr. Jackson for 2 years now and couldn't be happier. She and her staff made a very stressful situation for our family better. Thank you!
We live an hour and a half away and we think Dr. Jackson and staff are worth the drive every time! During this visit it was noted that part of my daughter's sealant needed replaced. Rather than schedule a return visit, Dr. Jackson and staff worked us in AT THAT VERY MOMENT! They are so thoughtful and gracious! My kids and I sincerely look forward to our visits.
I would highly recommend Dr. Jackson and her staff in providing dental care for your children. Being a dentist myself, I am extremely particular about the dental care I receive and my child receives! I love that the nurses are able to get my child to take x-rays and perform other strange requests as if it's nothing at all. They are so fun and engaging! thank you!!
It's not often I visit a medical office and have every staff member that you associate with over the course of the visit have above average professionalism and courtesy, but here they do, and with a smile. My child had a thorough visit and walked away looking forward to her next dentist appointment.
Every single person at APD was incredible. From Pam and the others at the front desk to the dental hygenists, and most especially Dr Jackson. We took both of our little girls - 18 months and almost 4 years old - for their first ever dentist appointment and we were amazed. They made the entire experience fun and exciting. Not one scary moment. The office is set up perfectly for little ones to be interested in fun stuff while getting their teeth checked. I am so happy. I work in health care, and I highly recommend!
