From the moment we stepped into the office the staff were very welcoming! I felt very comfortable the whole visit. The appointment went better than expected! Seeing how it was my daughters first visit to the dentist I was a little worried how she might react, but the dental team there are very good with explaining and showing before doing! Dr. Jackson is super nice and an excellent dentist! Brynleigh and I had a great experience! Thanks Dr.Jackson and staff
Dr. Jackson was super kind and professional and so was Missy, the associate. My son, age 8, really enjoyed the experience. (even though he had 2 cavities) We are thankful for her expertise and look forward to more visits.
My husband took my 3 year old daughter to the dentist for her first time. She has sensory issues especially about tastes, textures, and anything to do with her mouth. I was very nervous for her but she did great! I attribute this to the amazing staff members and Dr. Jackson who made her feel comfortable, safe, and new exactly how to interact with her. I would never dream of taking her anywhere else for her dental care. I have 2 other younger daughters and will be taking them as well!
My toddler is not a fan of getting her teeth brushed or examined, at all. Dr. Jackson and the staff are fabulous at keeping my daughter as calm and happy as possible while also working diligently and quickly to complete her check up. In short, a screaming toddler has not affected the soothing and professional care we're given.
Everytime I take my daughter there we are so welcomed and she no longer minds going to the dentist. Dr Jackson and her staff are an awesome team.
My daughter loves going to see Dr. Jackson and so do I. We have gone there 2 years and have been fortunate to only have preventive exams and cleaning. The last 2 visits Dr. Jackson noted some problem areas and offered strengthening our home care routine and monitoring. She is building trust wth my daughter. Every visit my daughter becomes more compliant at home and in the exam chair. If you want a positive experience for a toddler this is the place.
Running 30 minutes late, hectic morning. Parked at the wrong building on Peachtree (they all look the same!) Your staff took it in stride, acted like we had arrived 5 minutes early, and allowed us to keep our appointment. Bravo!
Once again, they made my almost three year old excited about going to the dentist for her cleaning. They are patient, fun and caring. The entire staff is so friendly!
There are not enough kind words to express our family's gratitude for Dr. Jackson and her staff. My daughter, who is three years old, has a high level of anxiety around having dental work done, even simple cleanings. Dr. Jackson was able to kept my daughter comfortable and reassured her each step of the way as she completed some necessary fillings. I had tears in my eyes when we were done because of how kind and patient Dr. Jackson was with our daughter.
