We love the treatment provided at Dr. jackson's office. The receptionists and dental hygienists are all so wonderful. Dr. Jackson knows how to put kids at ease when working with them.
Taking my daughter to APD is such a great experience. They make the entire experience so positive and fun, from the sweet staff at the front desk to Dr. Jackson. They make my daughter feel so special! They really care and interact with her on a personal level.
One of our kids was VERY nervous about going to the dentist, especially after a couple of bad experiences. Asheville Pediatric Dentistry was recommended to us by our dentist, so we checked them out. From the moment you walk in the inviting waiting room to the front desk person and straight through to the back, this practice is top notch. As always, the office experience and staff was great. This is one appt., I don't dread because of the helpfulness and making daughter and I feel really comfortable. I wish there were more Dr.'s like Dr Jackson, she is wonderful.
Dr. Jackson and her staff recently performed a dental procedure on my 3 year-old (just turned 3 actually). They were amazing from start to finish. The preparation leading up to the appointment for the procedure was excellent. Both my little one and I felt very comfortable and prepared. The procedure went well thanks to Dr. Jackson and her staff. They even all joined in to sing "Frozen" with my daughter while she was laying in the chair during the procedure. We are excited about this trip in particular becasue my son has a healthy mouth. This has been a journey for us but the staff at APD has taken the journey every step of the way. Insurance was an issue with our family early on and as a result my son did not have a solid dental history. To add to his delayed care, he did not follow through on the plans that we had in place. The hygienist was wonderful with my 19 month old. She explained everything she was doing and there were many modifications to make her fee comfortable. It takes a lot of patience and enthusiasm to care for such young children and APD was wonderful with her!
Warm and inviting office. The staff was fantastic and I was really comfortable.
