The staff at Asheville Pediatric Dentistry were incredibly kind and beyond helpful. My children (ages 3,2) felt very comfortable and were willing to cooperate because the hygienists worked hard to build trust and take their time. Everything about the experience was catered toward putting my children at ease and making it a pleasant visit.
Dr Jackson and her team make dental visits easy for my children. They love the decor and the fact that the staff communicate with them about each step of the process.
Words from my 4 year old as we walked into his appointment yesterday..."this is going to be my dentist forever!". Many healthcare providers claim to be kid focused, but few live that vision out in everything they do. I have a ten year old daughte with severe autism and epilepsy. She does not like to have her teeth brushed and fights any attempt at it. Consequently, her teeth were in terrible shape. I spent a great deal of time looking for the right dentist for her and was met with disappointment every time. Then, her teacher suggested Dr. Jackson. They were willing to work with her. The staff is always so friendly and welcoming. As a parent I walk away feeling like the staff and Dentist actually care about my children and that they are not just a number or price tag.
I have 2 young children, and before I found this place we had some bad dental experiences. I understand it can be hard to work with young children who are new to the dentist, but this place is amazing! They go above and beyond in caring for the children and understanding their behavior. My son had dental corrective surgery and Dr Jackson really helped to put my mommy worries at ease. As usual our visit to Dr. Jenny was wonderful. My 5 year old son Logan is so relaxed when we go there because the staff is so sweet and gentle. They do lots of fun stuff to make kids forget they're at the dentist, like putting movies on the ceiling, and letting him choose what he wants to watch. So glad we found out about this practice!
Dr Jackson and her staff are beyond helpful and do an amazing job with kids. My child had to have a small procedure when he was under 2 years old and it terrified me. The staff were so informative throughout the process which made me feel much better. We will never go anywhere else! Dr Jackson is the best!
