Everyone at Asheville Pediatric Dentistry is polite, kind, respectful and reassuring to all persons who enter, including nervous parents. My child had an unexpected dental need which needed immediate treatment. Without having to ask, Dr. Jackson and her team stayed well past closing time to help treat his needs. They were thorough, reassuring and committed to excellent service. I can't say enough about the care provided.
Every time I take my almost 4 yr old to the dentist, she is excited and happy to talk about her teeth, learn about her dental health and enjoys the overall experience so much! This is why I keep taking her back to Dr. Jackson and APD. The entire staff is amazing! They are patient and so sweet with kids. They make you feel so welcome. Love them!
The whole experience with Asheville Pediatric Dentistry sets the bar really high for all dentists in our area. They are very kind from the front desk to check out and the procedures in between. My severely autistic daughter has sensory issues. It's hard for her in many ways to go to any Dr. office. I am very grateful this dentist has met her needs and understands her disability. This dentist was patient and we appreciate her very much!
I would highly recommend this dentist to anyone, especially anyone with special needs children. My 5 1/2 yr old usually A. Won't sit still for any length of time B. Never really likes anyone's hands in his mouth C. Usually cries during such an event. I would like to thank this practice for their calming and accommodating efforts. Love this place!! Everyone there is so nice and helpful!! They're always willing to help out with insurance information and go above and beyond to make children comfortable!!! My kids love going to the dentist!!
I have twin boys and it was their first time going to the dentist. The staff were wonderful and we had a great experience. I think the staff give excellent care.
