We had a dental emergency at 9:30 on Saturday night. Everything was taken care of and space was made for us on Monday. Dr. Jackson and staff were, as always, very professional. Every effort was made to keep this visit calm and pain free. I'm always happy to recommend this practice to friends and family.
My son has had nothing but horrible experiences with getting cavities filled. So much so that the last time we had it done at the Asheville Surgery Center. But today he had one cavity to have filled and Dr. Jackson knew of his horrible past. She and her staff took their time and used excellent patience with him while managing to get the cavity filled with ease. It was by far his best experience.

I continue to be so impressed with Dr. Jackson and the staff at APD. This beautiful office is just overflowing with people who obviously have a heart for children and a passion for dental health! The gentleness that Dr. Jackson uses when speaking to my son has honestly brought me to tears. He is constantly encouraged and informed about what is going to happen and why. The entire staff was amazing with my 3 year old during his dental procedure. They gave him the best care and made sure I knew everything going on and answered all my questions. Every time we have been to the office I am more impressed with everything. Dr. Jackson is simply amazing!!!!

First time visit to a dentist with my 3 year old and it was a great experience for her! Staff is amazing! Erica helped us with her appointment and insurance, above and beyond. Rachel and Dr. Jackson we're so sweet with us! The "frog place" was a hit with my child when I thought it would be the opposite. Very thankful for them!
