The whole staff was very friendly and super kid oriented. My daughter has been to different dentists in the past and she has never come our saying I Love the Dentist before, so today was a first. We will for sure be back for our kids dental care. Thank you for having such wonderful staff and such a neat atmosphere geared 100% towards kids fun.
Daughter had visit with Dr Hathaway, Dr was very nice, daughter felt comfortable with her, and as always the assistant was very friendly/helpful
They always explain everything to me before they do it. They listen to me if I have a question.
I have a special needs daughter so finding a dentist was going to be hard. We got lucky and found Dr. Jackson and her team . They are all so great with Eleanor. Eleanor doesn't talk and was so scared. Everyone was so gentle with her. They let her walk around and get comfy with everything. I can't tell you how grateful we are for the wonderful folks that take the extra step for a scared little girl.
My daughter was terrified of the dentist and we had not always had a good experience before coming to Asheville Pediatric Dentistry! The staff in the front were so nice and welcoming and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The hygeniest, Lorelle, was over the top nice and made my daughter feel more than comfortable. We saw Dr. Hardaway and my daughter was slow warming up to her, but the Dr. took her time and made her feel like it was still in her control! We had a wonderful experience with Asheville Ped Dentist. Dr. Jackson and everyone were so calming and motherly to my son. He had to have some work performed and they made it pass by so smoothely. I would definitely recommend them to any mother for her children.
Kids saw Dr. Martha for the first time today. They loved her and had a great visit. All the staff are always kind and helpful. Thank you for making going to the dentist something the kids actually look forward to.
We brought our 20 month old in for his first checkup. Although he did not like anybody touching his mouth, I was impressed with the patience of the staff and how great they were with kids. Even though my child was very resistant today, I believe this will be a fantastic place for him to visit as he gets older. I wish my childhood dentist's office was this kid friendly!
The hygienist and dentist were both great at putting my son at ease and making the appointment fun. The office itself is very kid friendly and cheerful. A great experience. Thank you!
