My daughter has been a patient of Dr. Jackson's since she was a toddler. Dr. Jackson takes time to make her little patients feel comfortable and explains everything in a gentle way to make children feel at ease. Dr. Jackson is very thorough with her dental care and is meticulous about her work. She and her staff really take time to get to know their patients and go out of their way to make going to the dentist an enjoyable experience. The staff is amazingly with both of my children, by his 3rd visit, my youngest was calm, relaxed and able to easily get his check and cleaning done with much positive reinforcement from everyone around him. My older son has some sensory issues and a strong gag reflex, they have never had an issue with this and my son actually looks forward to his visits. This type of environment makes all the difference for easy/successful dental work.
Every member of the staff is professional and seems to genuinely care about kids. We were especially impressed with Dr. Jackson's knowledge, skill and bedside manner. Outstanding practice!
I first saw Dr. jackson'a ad in WNC Parent magazine and was so excited to see that parents were always invited back with their children. You'd be surprised how few pediatric dentist practices allow that! So immediately I was on the phone making my 1 year old son'a first appointment. We have since been to see Dr Jackson every 6 months. She's so good to my son, Her staff is knowledgeable and kind, and the movies overhead are a great touch to distract my toddler while they gently clean his teeth. All of the staff are excellent with children. Dr. Jackson spends extra time making sure all questions are answered and the treatment plan is understood. Highly recommended!
