Dr Jackson and her assistant met us at her office after my daughter knocked a tooth out after hours. She gave us big hugs on arrival and made us feel so much more at ease given the stressful situation. Thanks so much for everything!
We have been seeing Dr. Jenny since my girls were young, early elementary school age. Now they are 12 and 15 and we continue to receive the very best of care from her and her friendly staff. The parent is included in every step of each appointment so you never feel like you do not know what is going on. Best of all your child is treated with the upmost care and concern........goes a long way to take any fear out of the equation. We had a great check up today. I love how friendly and thorough the staff is. Everything from having the kids choose a toothpaste and color of sunglasses to how they teach the kids better hygeine is aimed towards making the kids feel comfortable and empowered. They love coming to the dentist!

Dr. Jackson was amazing to my son AND myself. When something happens to a child's permanent teeth you panic. She took all that stress and worry away. She is very good at what she does and does it in the most caring way. Her staff is also AMAZING! From the minute you walk in the door, everyone you encounter makes you feel special. Thank you!
From the time we entered the waiting room until we checked out, the care that we received was superb. My 8 year old daughter was anxious due to a bad experience at a previous dentist and Joanna the dental assistant was fantastic with her. Dr. Jackson took the time to explain everything to both of us and again, the entire staff was beyond compare. I would highly recommend Asheville Pediatric Dentistry.
