Jon was fantastic to work with! He is very thorough and provides detailed and easy to follow inspection reports (the very same day). He was patient with all of our questions and went above and beyond in explaining everything. He made the entire process very enjoyable. We highly recommend him.

I was working with Jon today and he was nothing short of great. He is highly knowledgable. Not only did he point out things that needed to be fixed, but he provided information on how to properly fix it. He was extremely thorough and has great eyes to spot potential problems. He also showed off some of his gadgets. Then the inspection report was very nicely presented and easily to follow along. Thanks Ashco and Jon for a great inspection.

Working with Jon on the inspection of our potential home was great! He was very thorough, as other reviews indicate, but more so, he invited me to walk around with him and provide thoughts and suggestions of how to improve things. He also provided his advice on how to maintain the good condition of various items around the house. I just wish I had a notepad with me to write all his great suggestions down! Jon was on time and did a complete & thorough inspection. He caught items that I had never noticed or thought to check. He took the time to explain items I was unfamiliar with. My report came back the same day. Strongly recommend.

John was professional and meticulous in his inspection. Highly knowledgeable, he took the time to explain what he was looking for and what he was seeing throughout the process. John was available on short notice, professional and courteous. He was exceptionally informative about his findings and he took the time to explain some fundamentals of home ownership such as furnace maintenance and window removal (for cleaning). His report was detailed yet easy to read and understand. I was left with a great deal of confidence in the inspection and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend his services to anybody.
