We were referred to Ashco Home Inspections Inc. by a realtor friend of ours and we were extremely pleased with the inspection we received. Jon demonstrated and explained his equipment to us, talked us through the inspection process before he started, and welcomed us to accompany him so we could ask questions as we went through the house. The inspection report by Jon A****** was the most thorough I have ever seen -and I have been through many inspections. From the ceiling to the basement, the electricity to the pests, his report with photos (as well as his in-person explanations) was exactly what we needed for the house.
It was a pleasure working with Jon. As a first time homebuyer, this process can be daunting but John was prompt, professional, informative and thorough throughout the inspection. The inspection and delivery of the final report went exactly as described by Jon over the phone during our initial discussion, which made the overall process easy and straightforward. I had a great experience working with John. He was thorough, efficient, and a pleasure to do business with. He gave me a lot of info on the home and discussed with me multiple options and ideas about repairs and general home maintainence. I learned a lot even having owned homes before. He was open and honest throughout our inspection and I really appreciate his knowledge base as I asked him all kinds of questions. Would gladly do business with him again.
