I had the opportunity to experience an extremely professional home inspection yesterday at an older home in Lakebay WA. Jon came prepared with knowledge, expertise and great recommendations. The property that was inspected was built in 1910. Jon A****** was on site before I was, he was professional, and he demonstrated his knowledge with clear explanations of his observations, regardless of the age of the property and applications, allowing me to easily research and make informed decisions. He did this on short notice and at fair price.
