Jon was very friendly and super knowledgeable during the inspection! He took the time to explain every aspect and provided some great suggestions and recommendations on his findings. Report was easy to read and understand. Jon clearly enjoys his work and it comes through in his interactions. I can't recommend him enough!

Jon came out and inspected a home we are looking to purchase. It was a great experience overall, Jon is very knowledgeable and passionate about making sure you understand everything that he is going over. Willing to take the time to answer any and all questions, and makes sure you feel comfortable with his explanations.

I have to agree with the other reviews. Jon is very knowledgeable and competent. He is willing to spend as much time as needed to explain his findings and give his recommendations. Both my husband and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a home inspector.

I recently requested Jon conduct an inspection of a waterfront property in Seabeck, WA, and I could not have been more impressed and appreciative of his efforts/results. We recently, during the Covid-19 Pandemic, asked Jon A****** of ASHCO Home Inspections, to conduct a pre-purchase home inspection for us in the Port Orchard area. We were not in the local area at the time and relied on Jon to ensure our purchase was not foolish.
