Even giving the steps to take with issues presented. *** has a wide band of knowledge and it shows with the differing explanations and tips on what to look for, how often to look and so forth. Id happily recommend him to anyone looking or needing an inspection to be done!

*** was thorough and explained in detail what he was seeing and documenting. His evaluation and communication was highly valuable to us during this process.
This inspection was very thorough! The inspector gave a running commentary which was very informative, but didn't hesitate to stop and answer any questions I might have. He took his time and submitted a very detailed report. I would recommend ASHCO to anyone needing a home inspection!

*** was extremely knowledgeable, prompt, prepared, professional, thorough, and respectful. He provided excellent information using all the latest technological gizmos. He offered tips for minor repairs and maintenance. We received our report the same day as our inspection. Couldnt have been more pleased with his service.
