Jon was the ultimate professional. I watched him go through the stove and heaters, turning everything on at once, measuring heat with his infrared gun, then turning it all off safely and moving on to the next thing. Using that same tool, he was able to tell me that the upstairs had no insulation at all in the side walls. I would have never known without his expertise. Excellent house inspector who spends his time going over each step of the house inspection process with the would be buyer, while being extremely friendly, professional, and open to questions about the property being inspected. If we buy another home in his district we would use him again! :)
We were under a very tight deadline and Jon came out and did the inspection on very short notice. He gave us a very detailed report, including photos, within about 6 hours. We were very impressed and highly recommend him.
