RecommendedI am participating in the IOP, a program that assists folks who are experiencing mental health issues. The program is approximately 4 hours per day. The staff are very knowledgeable and caring. The group is perhaps the most diverse group that I have experienced in Chicago... relating to mental health.

RecommendedAlthough I was here for surgery, I had a great time. The staff were so very helpful and the rooms were nice.
Their financial assistance department is horrible. No one returns my calls. Their letters requesting more information have no return address or incorrect or contact information and have missing information. They will not answer my questions, tell me I can leave a message and weeks later no one has called me back.

Apparently they don’t feed a (unrestricted diet) patient if his loved ones aren’t there to make them!🤬😤 UNBELIEVABLE BUT TRUE The staff has been rude & uncooperative on every level. They make it so unaccommodating for the family so they can operate in secrecy. Acting like our loved one is their prisoner. Choose Methodist or IU‼️
