I took my fiancé Brian here twice one doctor said food poisoning another said a virus they gave him an IV bag and a can of Gatorade and sent him home I have never experienced a rude staff they kept taking him away from me not explaining a word we waited a total of 8hours for him to be sent home !!! Four days later he got super sick again and on Saturday April 27th he was admitted when he should’ve been admitted the first time... Their billing practices are a joke. I will never visit a St. Vincent hospital again because of this which is a shame because the doctors are good. My daughter had a procedure in December 2017 and I took care of all my responsibilities when the bill came due in March 2018. I owed nothing else and received no more bills. In December of 2018 I receive an EOB from my insurance with the same amounts from her previous procedure and showing I owe $120. Not until February 2019 did I receive a bill from St. Vincent and it was for $14... read more

RecommendedThe staff on 4 north were far above any standard! Knowledge able and calming . What a crew! I was there from Wednesday night till Friday afternoon and the treatment I received was above any expectation! The ER last Wednesday was busy and the staff there was thorough friendly and did an excellent job of getting me the care I need ASAP. Bravo St Alexius Medical center!
