Snail paced ER. Friendly then absent for incredibly long amounts of time. Cold and no blankets. Sick people typically can’t regulate temp very well, but you should know that already.
do not take your kids there. They are not a priority according to the nurse who had an attitude! waited almost 2 hours or better before they actually got us to a room to see a doctor. everyone's child should be a priority! 103.7 fever is a priority. my stomach turned when I saw 4 nurses laughing and joking around doing nothing when people were in so much pain. never again!
My daughter came a month early! Dr. Zambrano and the nurses answered all my questions no matter how outrageous they where. They helped keep me calm and helped me bring a very beautiful little girl into the world. Even with my sweet angel being a month early and having to spend time in the NICU I'd do it all over again. the NICU nurses where amazing and very understanding 💜

They have signs up all over the hospital stating that the patient will be checked on every hour for comfort, well-being, help you move/change positions, assist you to the bathroom. I have sat in the hospital room with my sister for a solid 3 hours and not one nurse/ tech/etc has checked in! We have had to ask for help when she was throwing up , had to use the bathroom, needed meds, or just wanted to sit in a chair so she could progress so we could get out of here.
