fire the nurses that talk about beating their kids with baseball bats would be a start. when a patient demands to be transferred because they don't feel safe they should honor those wishes and transfer them. And gee maybe not lie to people and tell them what they want to hear.
RecommendedMy daughter just had her first baby on 7/12. The staff was top-notch! Her and baby received the best care and were treated with so much love! They made sure EVERYONE was taken care of, including all of us grandparents! I can't say enough about the wonderful people here.

Slowest hospital in Wichita my husband has been waiting over an hour to be seen for stitches a deep cut and all that has been does is vitals have been taken this is absolutely ridiculous.

RecommendedJust got out of the hospital after battling an extreme infection for 3 days and the staff was very friendly and extremely courteous they went above and beyond in my care from the nurse staff,patient techs, even the maintenance staff were friendly wanted to point out few of the standouts first was Gail the first nurse I met on my first night she was a tremendous help and very friendly, Gail was very on point when it came to my meds and checking on me during my battle with high fever. RecommendedKind and helpful. I would like to think Lisa Miller at Saint Vincent Hospital in Elwood Indiana for helping me with paying my bill July 3, 2019. The call center where you pay your bill they suck. I called to pay my bill was on hold for about 30 minutes so I decide to leave my number for them to call me back. Four hours later they called me back. I think the call center need some help.
