worse experience EVER. you should not trust to leave your loved ones in their care. Staff is lazy & does not care for the well being of patients, visitors end up doing more for the patient than any staff member !
I was taken from the county jail . Hand cuffed to a gerny and they used me for a student to practice on. He butchered the heck out of me. They hung me out to dry. Have had to have corrective surgeries afterwards still leaving me disabled for life and they go on like they are some kind of help for people? I've never seen evil like that in my life. Never . Really bad service. The staff showed no compassion for patients. The only thing they seem to care is to send you home. I understand working in a hospital is not easy but only those who truly care for others should be working in a hospital.

I was seen at Mercy on Wednesday Sept 4th. I was admitted by my Primary. I have never been to Mercy before, and after my experience I will never go back. Let me get this straight, the nursing staff was Amazing, the Hospitalist on the other hand not so much. I have worked in healthcare for over 15 years, and if I ever talked to any of my patients the way I was talked to I would have been fired on the spot. I have also never been discharged from a hospital without first seeing a Dr so that was new.
