THE ONLY THING THIS POS PLACE CARES ABOUT IS PROFIT!!! I WAS GIVEN A ANTIBOIOTIC WITH REFILLS FOR YEARS AND WHEN I ASK TO GET MY REFILLS THEY SAID I HAVE TO COME BACK EACH TIME AND MAKE A DOCTOR'S VISIT. tHE NURSE SAID THEY WERE CRACKING DOWN ON MAKING PATIENTS HAVING TO COME AND MAKE A VISIT EACH TIME!! I'M ON A FIXED INCOME I WILL USE EVERY SOCIAL OUTLET EVERYDAY AND TELL EVERYONE I CAN TO HOW AM TREATED AT THIS THIRD RATE HOSPITAL!! I WILL ALSO BE FINDING ANOTHER DOCTOR FOR 2020 AND BEYOND

If you don’t have insurance just tough it out.. they pretend to swab here check that.. literally had 2 doctors to check me. They run up a bill and hand me 3 ibuprofen and tell me nothing’s wrong.. I’m literally in tears and pain walking to my car with a tentative bill for $400.. they treat you like you’re trying to get pills when all you want is help. But I don’t have the money to get help here and because Ascension has a freaking monopoly on hospitals in Austin I won’t be able to get help until I can pay $1000 a month for h... read more
