They are a very caring facilty with many caring doctors. However, I have had one doctor that wants to block me from getting healthcare for a rare disease. I need help from someone inside of Seton to put a stop to this. Pls help

I have been trying to book an apt with the neurologist at you center. I have called every week for over a month and nobody calls me back. I don’t understand what kind of system this is but I live a hour away from Austin and can’t just stop by to go figure out what is wrong. I’ve called 3 different numbers and I’m still forward to the robot and I live msgs. How can I get help for my pain if you don’t answer. My insurance won’t cover anyone else by me. Two nurses stand out on the sixth floor: Tyun and Coco. (probably misspelled). They were attendant, caring, and professional. I’ve been in way too many hospitals after major surgery and I can’t say enough good things about you guys. From the friendly parking attendant standing in freezing wind to Dr Trumeez, all who helped us demonstrated the very best patient care possible. Way to go!

I can’t say enough about the staff here. From scheduling to registration to front desk people, anesthesia, nurses and doctors! The care was absolutely above and beyond in every sense of the word! Thank you!
