It's amazing how many times I have asked for water after getting my test results back! I'm using my coat to cover up because I asked for another blanket 4 HOURS AGO. They waited to give me my second dose of pain meds until I was in tears and the meds did NOTHING at that point. The faucet in my room is broken so I couldn't even get a handful of water. As a patient you no longer get to order your food from a menu. Now a tray shows up and too bad if you dont like it. they are also unaware of what a vegan diet is. Good and caring staff but Amita has rolled back hospital amenities to the 1970's.
At this point in time I don’t think you could pay me enough to receive care from St Vincent Anderson It has been one thing after another with my grandma. Hipaa violations, unsanitary conditions, lack of communication between staff, rudeness of staff, making excuses for everything, the list goes on.
RecommendedSt.vincent in Anderson is by far the best hospital in town. I always receive the best care there and the staff are so friendly and helpful. You aren’t intimidated to ask questions and they treat you with the most respect. I was seen by the NP Tiffany Godfrey and she was one of the nicest NP’s to ever take care of me. Seriously one of the sweetest in the business! The only hospital in town I’ll go to❤️

RecommendedMy dad was taken to Seton NW Friday night, Jan 31, with chest congestion and breathing issues. He is elderly and can get agitated by long stays in the hospital (greater than 24 hours). He saw two wonderful doctors and several awesome nurses during his stay in room 480 in the ICM/ICU wing.
