You all know the saying the lights are but there's nobody home.... That is Amita Health, Hoffman Estates nobody knows nothing, nobody knows whats going on cause you give them your info and then the make you go around in circle cause there clueless....
Absolutely not! They take 5 hours to take care of you then they check in maybe 3 times on you in the ER. If you actually cared you’d check more on your patients!
Making a child wait 4 hrs before he even gets in a room and they say it was because all rooms are full. Then he finally gets taken back and they have 6 empty rooms. There is no excuse! If you can't staff it close it down at least then people would know they need to go elsewhere.

RecommendedMy daughter had knee surgery yesterday and all the staff was extremely helpful and caring. They even followed up with us today to make sure she is on the road to recovery.
Help people not just shove them out the door as fast as you can.
This place is a joke. Especially for pregnant women. Incompetent doctors, staff and specialist. No on is ever on the same page. I see that they employee the bottom of barrel here. So glad to be transferring care to Northwestern. Run don’t walk away from this hospital.
