Absolutely the best team! Been there two times and they were all great. Especially with children, never been treated like family in an urgent care until this one. Keep up the great work, you all clearly have a passion for your work andp people you care for. Thank you
Everything about it was amazing....so understanding and got me feeling back to somewhat human today!!!
Was there on a Saturday morning, my total time there was 1hr including time spent with doctor. So much shorter than if you had to go to the ER. Very happy with all people I had contact with. A great addition to the Asante Family and to Grants Pass area.
Awesome, fast and clean! The staff is friendly and helpful.
Service sucked I was there for an hour and a half was only 4 people in the lobby and to top it off they gave me someone else's papers with all their information on it after I left and had to go back to return it... can we say HIPAA violation.
I was very well taken care of. Went in for a foot injury and ended up passing out at the reception desk , they took very good care of me .
They were super friendly and fast. My son had to get staples on his head and they made him super comfortable and took his nerves away. We were in and out in a little over an hour. They gave him a coupon for a personal pizza that made his day! Thank you
