Went to Urgent Care to be immediately sent to the er after telling them I did not want to go there. Waited 6 hours with "one person in front of me". Had to wait another 30 mins for someone to find a form which I didn't sign because it was basically stating if I died tonight it's my fault. I am never going there again and will request to bleed out before being seen there.
I had a wonderful experience with caring staff from check in to check out. Including xrays, I was only there for a little more than an hour.
Dr Frank (fnp) is awesome. The Dr with glass and an east coast lispy accent is rude and atrocious. She antagonized my 2 yr old and refused to leave his room as he hysterically cried for her to get out. Her bed side manner leaves morr to be desired than words can explain and her lack of professionalism was very upsetting
Friendly, fast and thorough. Even though we had to travel from California.
I didn't have to wait long to be seen, they did a good job of making me stop vomiting, but a little harsh on the needles. It really hurt.. but feeling better.. thank you all for taking care of me..
Everyone there was so nice they took really good care of me
Great service aside from the hour long wait (shorter than the ER for sure)...they got us in and diagnosed and released in a respectable amount of time...Overall always a great experience...
