The staff here are always great; professional, kind and empathetic. Today, I was extremely ill with a virus and was finally able to make it into urgent care, I was far too weak to try it earlier. The FNP I was seen by today was like no other employee that I have met since I have been using this urgent care. She was dismissive and acted as though I was wasting her time. She did prescribe meds to help me, but a little compassion would have gone a lot further than signing a prescription pad.
Had blood draw by Jesika. I am difficult but she hung in there and we both survived!
