We went to Urgent Care 2 hours before they closed...but they had a two hour wait. The desk person was not helpful at all, and just sent us away. We went back the next morning and were told they won't see us for the problem we had, that goes to ER. Well, that would have been nice to know the day before when they wouldn't even talk to us...
They are the best around and I would like to thank Laura Wells the Nurse practitioner for doing such a great job for assisting me thank you very much
I got fast excellent care and I also go to the orthopedic doctors upstairs who are also great...glad this new option of care is now available in Grants Pass

Today I needed a doctor (why does this always seem to happen on the weekend?!) so I decided to try the new Asante Urgent Care. First, I love that I didn't gave to sit and fill out paper work for 20 minutes, the intake person did all that for me on her computer! Then I was surprised that they took me back SO quickly ~ I just barely sat down. The nurse working with me couldn't have been nicer and more compassionate.
