I hate hospitals..but I had to spend 4 days there unexpectedly and had a great experience..the staff were top notch..friendly... Knowledgeable..and right there when I needed them...my girlfriend was there and she was treated great..all in all I have a new respect for this hospital...thank you all

Until today I’ve had nothing but great experiences with Asante Urgent Care. I had a 2 1/2 hour wait, but they were very busy. When I was taken back the Phy Assistant looked at my ears, told me to use Flonase. I asked her multiple times about my other symptoms, she said hmmm and maybe I was getting another virus, listened to my lungs and walked out the door. She didn’t answer any of my questions. Tomorrow I will call and speak with a manager or supervisor.
Just ridiculous. Been here since 5pm on a first come first serve basis. As it's stated at the front desk. While 12 or more other people have checked in and been seen.
Was seen in a timely manner by friendly and extremely competent staff. Praying I don't ever need to return but if I ever have to, I know I'm in good hands.
Amazing to think a hornet sting caused your staff to jump into emergency mode on a quiet Saturday morning! I went into anaphylaxis shortly after arrival, thank goodness my husband William took me to Asante! Beyond professional and kind. Thank you...you saved my life!
Each one of the staff was super nice, friendly, and helpful. My physical problem was diagnosed and taken care of. Thank you Ashley, Gabrielle, and Becky!
