I was just at urgent care to get my kiddo’s ear checked out. Urgent care doc said both ears were fine and couldn’t find anything else so they sent us to the ER for other tests. ER doc took one look and saw an ear infection. Now I’m stuck with a massive ER bill because they sent us here.
I would never recommend going to Asante. Went in to the clinic for a brown recluse spider bite and CHAD the “doctor” came in and interrupted a conversation, dismissed me and told me I was “the 7th person this week I’ve seen with the same exact thing” told me my arm was NOT swollen and to come back if it actually started to swell. Went into a different Dr. and they immediately wrote me an antibiotic and lanced this bad boy and were very alarmed That I didn’t receive any treatment (they didn’t even clean it)from Asante.

She is the absolute sweetest and the best I totally recommend her! She makes my little one so comfortable and safe it makes me feel so great with the care she gives!❤️
medical assistance was great and so was the nurse Autumn. I was on in the room for about 10 mintues but that was after waiting hour an half to be seen.
never go to asante, worst treatment ever.
Such wonderful, kind people! They took great care of my daughter when she broke her arm, very professional and courteous, I felt very well taken care of, highly recommend and will definitely return if needed in the future.
It is a very necessary place and they do their Best!
