Super happy with my hair colour and cut with Charlize! Booking was straightforward, good amount of parking outside, Charlize got the colour just right and did a fantastic job in styling it like I wanted. Good prices too - much cheaper than many in Windsor. Artwork Hair Salon didn’t disappoint me the last time I was there and they haven’t this time either!

I was completely blown away. Prior to coming to this salon, I was quoted really really high prices by other stylists and straight up refused a bleach and tone. I wanted to be light blonde, but I previously dyed my platinum hair black, and had different levels of dark banding in my hair from trying to lighten it myself. I have to say Charlize and Jo were absolute hair magicians, and they got my hair to this beautiful light golden blonde in one session! Used to be good a long time ago, but no longer the case. Customer service non existent, colour brand changed for worse, does not colour grey, haircuts basics, very expensive, customers have left, colleagues have left, avoid . I feel the need to add, that there are no more colleagues, but plenty of chairs available, 2 colour brand changes, and no expert in the last one . The owner was aware of the issues but nothing changed for the better. No care , very expensive, Avoid .

Jo really is a colour expert. I've had blond highlights for years and have loved them, but I felt it was time to bring back my natural colour. Jo listened to my ideas and worked carefully with the colour charts and using her experience to create a warm, natural effect that I'm super happy with. Absolute legend!
