Cette hôtel ne mérite pas ses 5 étoiles, tout jusque un 4 étoiles la seul chose que j’ai retrouvé d’un 5 étoiles c’est son prix. À notre arrivée nous avons constaté 2 lits doubles au lieux d’un lit King size comme réservé. Le meilleur de la surprise les 2 chambres réservées donnant sur le chemin de fer avec des trains qui passent jours et nuits. mangiare qua mi ha fatto sentire come a casa ambiente pulito e accogliente e staff competentemente ci tengo a ringraziare Florin che era sempre disponibile e cordiale cosa comunque da non sottovalutare. Sicuramente una delle migliori esperienze tra i vari ristoranti dove sono stato a Londra. Consigliatissimo a chi vuole godersi una bella serata e mangiare come a casa.
Lovely place to be during our stay! Went on a family trip for a few days and the hotel was beautiful! Staff were very friendly and very welcoming, especially the staff in the lobby/reception - while checking in they were super friendly and nice, would definitely come again! Food, service and rooms were amazing as well. Rooftop bar was beautiful even if it was very busy. Our bedroom was well kept and was very comfortable to stay in during our trip, I would recommend staying here. We will definitely be coming back again!
They say dont judge a hotel till things go wrong. I stayed in this hotel for two nights and forgot an item in the room after checkout. I informed the reception and they found it and said they will contact me to inform of postage costs. Its been three days I spoke to a total of 4 staff two managers who said they will get back to me with specifics. Still waiting no calls everytime I call I need to speak to someone new and back to square one no one is helpful enough to solve a small issue. I would never stay in this hotel again... read more
Beware- If you are traveling with a family or with pets and are looking for a safe and relaxing place to visit. Do not stay at this hotel! The entire hotel relies strictly on internet, including elevators! We got stuck in the elevators 6 times in two days while here. The staff sighted internet as cause several times and many people complained and some were fearful.
