Very disappointed by my experience. It took so long for my ring to be fixed, and the communion I received was extreamly poor. I have had my ring back for 3 months , it has already tarnished where they reset the sapphire and the resize join has come unstuck. I’m really saddened by this as it was a Christmas present to get this ring resized and fixed.

Absolutely fabulous company trading as HH Goldsmiths on Worple Road in Wimbledon. I took my watch in for a new battery which they replaced at a very reasonable price in 5 mins while I waited. I then went back the following week with a pair of treasured earrings bought in New Zealand, one of which had been trodden on and completely flattened. When I went back four hours later Chris had worked his magic and you could not tell which earring had been mended.
