No Heat! ARS saved the day!! Vince from ARS- Laurel came to our new construction townhouse after not having heat for 24+ hours. It was cold, we needed a new part that he didn't have in his truck. He met another ARS worker and got the part he needed, we finally got heat about an hour after he was here. He did a great job! Thank you ARS!

Professional and Expert Plumbing Service Mr. Andy Rowe of ARS, Laurel, Maryland provided very professional and expert plumbing service at my home today. If I every need plumbing service or have plumbing issues in the future, I will only ask for Mr. Rowe by name to be the technician. I trust that he will do a superb job.

Customer review on installation of a water heater by ARS We gave Andy five stars because he met all our expectations about servicing our need for repair/installation of a new water heater. Andy came across as very knowledgeable, answered clearly to our questions, and explained the whole process in a professional, courteous way. Installation of Furnace and Air Conditioner Joey S. and Billy H. installed our new furnace and air conditioner and did a great job. They were professional and kept a nice neat job site. They took the time to carefully review all the features of our new equipment. Would highly recommend ARS - Laurel and Joey S. and Billy H.

HVAC service by ARS-Laurel technician - Gregory Smith Very personable, knowledgable and excellent customer service. Neat workmanship and provided me with information regarding mercury versus digital thermometers and set me up for free estimate on another unit. Mr. Smith was very polite and professional demeanor. Service Technician Recognition I'm very pleased to have found a technician that does a thorough job when he arrives to inspect my furnace/AC equipment. Aureon is low key, does not try to pressure me into purchasing equipment but points out the advantages of other items I may wish to consider adding to my system. Great Service Michael G was really good about explaining how the equipment works, insight to service and explaining the technical process in lay-person's language. He was friendly, upbeat, informative and not put off by my small dog!
