He inspected the furnace, diagnosed the issue, and placed an order for the part needing replacement. He came back within a week, installed the part, and got the system back on. John was GREAT! Great experience! Our technician Paul McElheny was awesome he was very professional explained everything that was wrong with our unit & how it would be fixed. He even came back and installed the part.We will definitely ask for him if we need service in the future.

Great & Informative Service I am an assistant that was at the house for service to my bosses AC. Yonas was the assigned tech and was extremely knowledgeable and gave great advise on how to correct the issue. He also addressed/advised to handling some other minor issues that he noticed when servicing.

ARS TECHNITION SERVICE THOMAS WAS A GREAT TECHNICIAN. HE WAS VERY KNOWLEDGABLE AND FRIENDLY AND WAS ABLE TO CORRECT THE PROBLEM WITH MY AC UNIT WHICH WAS UNDER WARRANTY. MY ONLY COMPLAINT IS WITH THE SCHEDULING DEPARTMENT. I CALLED TO SET UP AN APPOINTMENT OF FRIDAY AND THEY SCHEDULED THE APPOINTMENT FOR SUNDAY FROM 0800-1300; HOWEVER, IT WAS NOT UNTIL I CALLED THAT THEY ENDED SENDING A TECH OUT TO HELP ME. Outstanding Technician I am giving three stars due to an inability to really rate the company itself, and therefore a desire to not artificially affect their average. Rating for Joseph M. Joseph came to our house within an hour of being notified. His appearance was neat and very professional. I explained our problem with having no a/c and off he went to the outside unit. He immediately checked the dual capacitor and found it to be the overall problem. He replaced the bad unit and the outside unit took off running...we had a/c!! Joseph knew what he was doing and did it well.
