Great Technician Jonathan T was sent today to trouble shoot after two previous visits for the spring check-up of my A/C unit. Jonathan approached the problem as a great detective would locating the issue. He has come up with a plan, and parts should be ordered. Looking forward to Jonathan T.'s return to make all working fine. ARS Laurel is extremely lucky to have Jonathan T. on their staff.

Great Technician (Lee Z) - Our Heat Pump is back in Operation The big snow left our outdoor heat pump unit inoperable. ARS was able to respond in a very timely manner. ARS technician Lee Z. arrived promptly as scheduled. He thoroughly went through the many possible causes of our inoperable unit. He took the time to explain his testing and results.
