Excellent Service from ARS Laurel I returned from a few days out of town to a cold house. My heater had failed while I was gone. ARS was able to get someone out within a few hours, and he actually showed up before the expected time. When it's 20 degrees outside, you want someone sooner rather than later. Steven J was friendly, professional and quick. While he didn't have the part on his truck, he returned with it in under an hour. I'm very happy with the service he provided, and I'm very happy with my newly cozy house.

Warm and Toasty Kumar did a fantastic job when he came out to my home to fix my heat. He answered all of my questions and I have many. He showed me everything he was doing and told me about my air filter and gave me information so I could go and purchase a new one. Kumar was very professional and personable. I would request for him to come out to my house again. Thank you ARS of Laurel.

New Eqipment Well Installed Rolando and Larry of Ars of Laurel installed our new air conditioning and heating units purchased from Ars. They did a very competent and professional job of the installation. They explained everything they did, answered all our questions, and gave us good tips on the proper use of the equipment. We have had a contract with Ars for twice annual maintenance visits for several years and have been very pleased. Fixed 30-yr-old boiler We were very happy that service technician John Q, plus Annie in ARS parts department, both went over and above to locate the part needed for our 30-yr-old boiler and then modify it a bit to make it work. We were especially anxious because the weather was still cold (in March) and we were getting ready to leave town for 2 weeks. They clearly worked well as a team and Annie's communication made us feel confident that they would get it fixed in time -- and they did! Thank you!
