Excellent Service On October 8,2015, Mr. Jean Paul Lok, Service Technician, arrived at my home to service my furnace for the winter season. Mr. Lok arrived on time and proved to be courteous and very knowledgeable. He explained, in detail, the winterizing process and also made suggestions about the proper filters I should use to get the best result. I was very pleased with Mr. Lok's professionalism and the quality of the work performed. Mary Dixon

Annual winter maintenance on two separate units Kris Funches acted very professionally throughout the visit. He accomplished his tasks in a timely manner. He explained to me and left an itemized list of every task he performed as part of the mainentance visit. I was impressed by his courtesy as well.

Great attention to detail! Tomas Cruz did an exceptional job servicing my air conditioner on 9/8/2015. He was professional, efficient, and very helpful. He explained what repairs I needed and what repairs were optional. He had my air conditioner back in working order in no time, and he gave we great tips on maintenance going forward. I am very, very grateful to Thomas' attention to detail because he discovered a gas leak at the register outside my house, and I had no idea it was happening. Appreciation for Services Rendered by Tomas C. on Behalf of ARS I should like to express my appreciation for the remarkable services rendered by Tomas C. on behalf of your company. After arriving home at 7:30 on the evening of 7/21/2015 to a dangerously hot condo; my thermostat was stuck at 99o F and blowing hot air. ARS Rescue Rooter ARS came to my rescue when my pipes burst in my home this past winter. When my pipes burst at 3:00am they were the only company to respond quickly to assess the situation and to restore my water. I was without water for some time, however they stood by me and made several visits and worked long hours to ensure my water service was restored. Heat Pump Replacement / Installation Our service technicians (John and Matt) arrived on time, represented themselves professionally and completed the task within the promised time estimate. John did a great job of showing me not only what was done, but also the benefits of it all. That instruction was something I really appreciated. Matt was very respectful and also offered to make sure that the installation was complete and to my satisfaction. A very good team in my opinion. Kudos to ARS!

ARS/Rescue Rooter Laurel (Greg Smith) Greg was prompt for the appointment. Greg was upfront about the cost to fix the problem with my furnace. Repairs were completed within 15 minutes!
