Very helpful staff good quality part for a good price
Asked for 5w/30 oil 1 litre got told we don’t have any but it’s on the website
Ordered part over the phone and guy happy to post out. Only for me to find he sent wrong part. Drove into Dundee to return wrong part Only to be told correct item on back order and they have no idea when will be available. Poor show.
rather pathetic service and that's putting it mildly considering i went to speak with customer service in person regarding cost of repair, parts available and possible booking in my car wich was purchased at Arnold Clark kingsway branch. got promised I would receive quote ASAP via a return call wich did not happen. nor did I receive a call when calling twice in next four days to find out why i was still having to wait for a quote.
